Return policy

1. How can I return my product?

Returns
Is the item not quite what you had hoped for? That is a shame but it happens. Register your return by sending an e-mail to aloha@tanlife.nlwith your name, order number, product and the reason for return. You can then return the product, at your own expense, to the postal address below in Rotterdam. We must have received the return within 14 calendar days. After we have received the product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account number within 7 days.

NOTE: When registering your return, do not forget to mention your order number, product and reason for return. Do not forget to include your delivery note when you return.

If everything has been settled, you will receive an action code from #TANLIFE worth € 3.95 to cover the shipping costs for your next order.

 

Credit note
If we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by mail. You can then expect the money on your account within 7 days. .

– If the product is worn or damaged we can not take it back
– The costs of return shipment are for the sender
– If we have received your return, we will refund the money to your account within 7 days.

2. 1. My delivery note is missingMy article is damaged, incomplete or delivered incorrectly

How inconvenient there is a problem with your article. Always send us an email before you send the item back. We try to solve this as soon as possible.

Damaged:
On all #TANLIFE items there is a warranty of 14 days after receipt. Mail us the complaint, the order number and photo of the damage and send it to aloha@tanlife.nl. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible.

You can not claim warranty when:
* Damage by intent or negligence
* Exceptional wear
* Damage due to not following the washing instructions

 

Wrongly delivered:
Is the size wrong or did you receive another item than ordered. Please contact our customer service first via aloha@tanlife.nl. As soon as we have received your e-mail, we will ensure that you receive the correct article as quickly as possible.

Incomplete:
Is there an article missing in your order? Please contact our customer service via aloha@tanlife.nl.
We will send the missing item as soon as possible.

3. My delivery note is missing

If you did not receive a delivery note with your order and you want to send it back, we ask you to follow the steps below.

Add a document with your return stating:
– Your full name
– The order number
– The type of item
– The reason for return

4. My order has been returned but I have not received a credit note

Have you returned your order via PostNL? It takes about 4-5 working days before your return is processed. Once we have received your return we will send you a credit note by mail. You can then expect the money on your account within 7 days.

5. I forgot to send my delivery with my return

When you forgot to send the delivery note with your return, we ask you to follow the steps below.

Send an e-mail to aloha@tanlife.nland include the following information:
– Your full name
– The order number
– The type of item
– The reason for return
– Mention that you have not included the packing slip in your return
– If you have a track and trace code, send it along. This way we can find your return faster.
